Hi, I’m Kristen, and I’m so happy you’re here!

I’m a Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and certified Birth Doula (DONA) with over 10 years of experience helping families through pregnancy, childbirth, and early parenthood. I believe in supporting families as they make informed choices that align with their values.

As a Birth Doula, I provide emotional support, help create birth plans, and guide families through decision-making.

As an IBCLC, I help families overcome breastfeeding challenges, whether it’s about latch, positioning, or other issues. My goal is to help parents feel confident and enjoy their breastfeeding journey.

As a mother of grown children, I know how life-changing parenthood can be. My love for caring for others extends to my garden and my study of herbalism, which shapes my approach to my work. It’s an honor to support families during these special times. Let’s grow together!
