Emotional Support

We provide continuous presence and reassurance throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum, ensuring clients feel supported and understood. With positive reinforcement and encouragement, we help build confidence in their ability to give birth and care for their newborn. Through active listening and a compassionate, non-judgmental approach, we address concerns and fears with empathy, creating a nurturing and empowering experience.

Informational Support

We offer evidence-based education on pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, newborn care, and postpartum recovery to help clients make informed decisions. By sharing trusted resources and connecting clients with additional professionals when needed, we ensure comprehensive support. We also assist in understanding options and outcomes, empowering clients to make decisions aligned with their values and preferences.

Physical Support

We provide hands-on support to enhance comfort and ease during labor and postpartum, including breathing techniques, massage, positioning, hydrotherapy, and birth ball use. Practical assistance extends to breastfeeding, newborn care, and postpartum recovery. Additionally, we offer non-pharmacological pain management techniques to help clients navigate labor with confidence and ease.

Advocacy

We support clients in effectively communicating their needs and preferences to healthcare providers, ensuring their voices are heard. This includes assistance in creating and articulating birth plans, as well as advocating for their wishes during labor and delivery. By helping clients navigate the healthcare system and understand their rights, we empower them to feel confident and supported throughout their journey.
